What is your relationship with yourself?

I work with individuals wanting to understand, change, and improve their relationships
with themselves, others, or the world. I aim to create a supportive and nurturing
therapeutic experience where I work to collaborate with clients on various issues.

As a therapist, I am genuinely curious about my clients and their lives. I shine light on
dark corners, and I help you examine and embrace the complexity of your experiences
with compassion and understanding. I create strong therapeutic alliances with my
clients, understanding that therapy is hard work and having someone there you trust to
support you is essential. I am a therapist who creates an environment in which clients
can show up authentically.

My areas of specialization include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and
relationship concerns. I also work with issues related to gender and sexual identity,
ADHD and other learning disabilities and self-esteem. I employ a systems approach,
focusing on the whole person and their experiences them rather than solely on
diagnostic labels. This approach allows me to support clients in developing skills around
emotional awareness, processing experiences, self-acceptance, and breaking unhelpful
relationship patterns. My aim is to collaborate with you to develop a therapy practice
that is supportive, sustainable, and tailored to your needs.

In my personal time, I enjoy outdoor activities, exploring new recipes and restaurant
experiences, reading, engaging in creative pursuits, and spending quality time with my
cats and friends.
