I am dedicated and compassionate social worker with over 13 years of experience supporting vulnerable children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities and severe mental illness. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany, where I also obtained my Master’s degree in Social Work.

Throughout my career, I have provided individualized care in residential, outpatient, and community-based settings. My passion for social work extends beyond the desire to help—it is deeply rooted in my understanding of life’s challenges, as I have experienced them myself. I recognize that everyone’s journey is unique, and I strive to empower individuals to break free from limiting beliefs and unprocessed emotions.

I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness approaches to help clients navigate struggles related to relationships, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where individuals can heal, grow, and reach their fullest potential.

Let’s work together to help you become the best version of yourself.
