Casey Propheter

Casey is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience utilizing a variety of clinical modalities that she tailors to fit each client’s specific needs. Casey has been certified as a TF-CBT counselor and strives to make the therapeutic environment one that is not only trauma-informed, but also empowering and empathetic.

Casey obtained her Bachelor's degree in psychology from Loyola University of Maryland. While completing her bachelor’s, Casey completed an internship at a residential facility. Casey obtained her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. Casey gained a wide variety of experience throughout her education, internships, and past work, which allows her the ability to meet each individual’s needs.

Casey has experience working with various mental health needs, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, trauma, and ADHD. Casey recognizes that a key component to successful therapy is the client-therapist rapport. Casey strives for a collaborative and safe environment while working with client’s to achieve their desired goals.
