Natalie is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who brings warmth, authenticity, and even a little humor to her work with clients. She sees therapy as a collaborative journey, walking alongside her clients as they navigate life’s challenges and embrace their inherent capacity for growth and change.

Her educational journey began at the University of Richmond, where she double-majored in Psychology and Spanish, before earning her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Loyola University. Natalie has worked in a diverse set of clinical settings, including psychiatric inpatient care, elementary and middle schools, and private practice. These experiences have deepened her understanding of working with individuals struggling with self-esteem, self- advocacy, grief, complex trauma, and dissociation.

Natalie’s therapeutic approach is rooted in existentialism, person-centered therapy (you lead!), Internal Family Systems (learn about the different parts of you), and somatic awareness (how emotions show up in your body). While you’re exploring these insights, you’ll likely be visited by one of her cats, Piper or Wiley. Rest assured, they take client confidentiality very seriously. She would love to support you in reclaiming your voice, strengthening your self-esteem, and creating a life that aligns with your values. Curious about what therapy with her would be like?
